About WTC

The Wireless Theatre Company is an awardi winning independent audio production company, recording original radio plays, stories, comedy and more to be downloaded from the company website to listener’s iPods and MP3 players.

Since our launch in 2007 we have produced over one hundred exciting new radio plays and worked with hundreds of actors and writers – including Stephen Fry, Prunella Scales, Timothy West,  Nicholas Parsons, Linda Robson, Matthew Kelley, Rula Lenska, Christopher Timothy, Abi Titmuss, Lionel Blair, Richard O’Brien, Julian Glover, Ray Galton and more. We were thrilled to win Best Entertainment Producer and Best Online Platform Creator at the Radio Academy Awards 2011 and have been accepted onto the BBC’s Preferred Suppliers List.
